Terms & Aftercare
By booking with KB Tatts you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
Aftercare
- ◆Proper aftercare is essential for healing and maintaining your tattoo.
- ◆You will receive detailed aftercare instructions at the end of your session.
- ◆KB Tatts is not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare.
Design Policy
- ◆All designs are custom-made for each client and remain the property of KB Tatts.
- ◆Design previews are typically shared on the day of your appointment unless otherwise discussed.
- ◆Small adjustments can be made on the day; major changes may require a new booking and deposit.
Health & Safety
- ◆Please arrive sober, clean, and well-rested.
- ◆If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, your session will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
- ◆Inform your artist of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect the tattoo process.
Age & ID Requirements
- ◆You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed at KB Tatts — no exceptions.
- ◆Valid photo ID (passport, driver's license, or provisional license) must be shown at your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- ◆Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- ◆No-shows will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
Deposits
- ◆All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- ◆Your deposit will be deducted from the final total on the day of your tattoo.
- ◆You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.
- ◆Deposits can only be transferred once to a new date.
- ◆Failure to give 24 hours' notice or missing your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Payments
- ◆The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your appointment, before the tattoo begins.
- ◆Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer (details provided upon request).
- ◆Card payments are not accepted.
